HOW TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS- COMPREHENSIVE!

How to Measure

* Measure over undergarments.
* Keep tape measure level and close, not tight.
* If possible, have someone else measure you - it's more accurate.

Bust: Wearing your usual bra, with arms relaxed at your sides, measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor, under the armhole and around your back about where your bra strap is.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso at your natural waistline. To find your natural waistline, bend to one side. There will usually be a crease where you bend. Often it is just below your ribcage. That's your natural waistline. Don't worry since this may seem higher than where you actually wear your pants and jeans. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor as you measure all the way around your torso.

Hips: Standing with heels together, measure around your body at the broadest part of your hips. This will include the fullest part of your backside too and should be just about where your legs meets your torso. (approximately 8" below natural waistline.)
Height: Standing with your feet slightly apart and your back to a wall, measure from the floor to the top of your head.

Bra Cup Size: Check the tag on your favorite bra and enter the Bra and Cup Size.

Women's Measurement Instructions for Custom Tailored & Made-To-Order Garments

To measure for a women's & girls' Custom tailored or Made-to-order garments, follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Print these instructions
Step 2: Follow each of the measurement instructions, below, and write down the measurements (in inches) in the corresponding box (on your printed pages).

Kurukshetra...Why fight?

...And on these very plains of Kurukshetra, the battle between the Pandavas and the Kauravas was fought...where they shed each others blood... This "Dharmkshetra" is where Lord Krishna instructed Arjuna on they ways of the world and Dharma.

30 "Therefore, surrendering all actions to Me, thy thoughts concentrated on Me the Absolute and the Self of all, free from selfishness and without anticipation of any reward, with mind in a perfectly calm mood, begin thou to fight." Krishna commands Arjuna who is in a dilemma, whether to fight his friends and family or not..

Reminds me of hamlet's dilemma of "To be or not to be..."

5. "Indeed, none can ever remain inactive even for a moment; for everyone is relentlessly and helplessly driven to action by one's intrinsic nature 6 .

21. "For whatever a great man does, that very thing lesser mortals follow; whatever he sets up as a standard, to that others try to rise.

22. "O Partha, there is nothing at all in the three worlds that I am required or obliged to do, nor is there anything for Me to attain; and yet, l am constantly engaged in action.

23. "If I should cease to act, men would blindly copy Me and a great havoc would result.

24. "Indeed, if I cease to act, these worlds would perish. Nay, I would prove to be the cause of confusion and possibly even the destruction of humanity.

- from the bhagvadgita...
